Title: I'm not convinced that this guys should be calling this an alembic!

I saw this on a web site today. Any views?

Its not an Alembic and they shouldn't be calling it one. It is a guitar made by an Italian luthier with  the name of Carlo or Luca Stanzani (I don't read Italian so have no idea who is father and who is son). As best I can tell Tomassone is a music store that sold his instruments.

They should have been more specific, maybe by saying 'Alembic inspired' guitar, although they say 'by Liuteria Stanziani/Tomassone which leads to understand it was actually built by them. It's in a grey area as far as infringement.
