Ok so I sent my PF-6 card in for service and got an email from Mica over two months ago confirming they received it. Since than I've sent about ten emails only one was replied more than a month ago from Mica saying that she's not sure when I should expect it back but that she'll find out and write me back, nobody did.
I also called in (long distance) about three weeks ago but it was lunch and I was told they'd call me back but nobody called.
I haven't been able to play (well plugged in that is) my Alembic for two and a half months now and I have no idea when i could expect to again.
I just want to know what's going on? I want my card back PLEASE

Your best bet for urgent matters is to call them on the phone.

This card was in pretty bad shape. Ron has completed the repairs and we expect to ship it you Monday.

Ok So I've waited another three weeks and still no card.
When the card was sent to alembic with the most basic shipping it took three days.
What happened to it?

I'll find out the details when I'm at the office on Monday. We usually use airmail to ship to your region, but I will confirm the method and the ship date for you.
