One of the knobs on my Rogue is a little to tight when you make adjustments and does not turn easily & freely as the other two?

If the knob is rubbing the body see my link in your other thread about volume on how to remove/install collet knobs. You could also try exercising the pot by turning it back and for 20 or so times. Otherwise I can't help much without seeing the bass. Someone else however might have some ideas.

thumbsup..I would remove the knob and see if the pot turns without it. Unsure of removal on the rogue but I guess you will find it in the FAQ & MustReads Section.

Steve,
The knob has a collet that grabs the pot shaft. Don't force it! The FAQ section has some wise advice on how to remove a knob correctly without damaging the pot or the finish! The top pointer cap removes with a gentle push from something like a razor blade to reveal the collet nut. This can be loosened with a slot-head screwdriver which will then loosen the knob. Then you can shim under the knob with something like a guitar pick to raise it off the face of the guitar. Snug the collet nut lightly, and then test the knob to see it does not rub. Once set correctly, you can then tighten up the collet some more and then return the cap. If this does not work, there may be something amiss in the pot or on the shaft.
Here is the link to the FAQ section on removing knobs:
