I have had my Alembic Epic since 1995 and have never had any problems whatsoever. I love it. Unfortunately as I was polishing my pride and joy it sliped from my hands and hit the side if a table. I hadnt noticed any thing wrong yet. I plugged in started playing and when I went to adjust the reble it came right off in my hand.I was devestated. Then later I was changing strings. As I was tuning my d string I noticed that it was just turning without getiing any tighter.Double whammy in one day. My question is can I get a replacement tuner and can I get a replacement treble pot? Thanks. I will try to post pics.

Hi Joe,
You should have an answer in your inbox from the email you submitted to the helpdesk today. I need to a picture of the peghead so we can try and get you an exact match on the machine head as the design changes from time to time. Pricing and order details are in the email.

Ouch!!!
Not good but easily happens, I have replaced numerous pot on my Peavey XR 600 PA mixer amp as they slightly protrude and the shafts get snapped off when transporting..that was before I decided to make a protective front cover.
Accidents happen no matter how much we try and prevent them
