Title: Another Tribute question?

In the photo below are the trimpots for gain on the left, and the filter ajustment trimpots on the right? Is there a thread that dicusses this?

Craig,
 
The trimpots on the filters (right side of your pic) control the level of gain,  the trimpots on the switches (left side of your pic) control the brightness of the bright setting (switch fully down).
