Title: Spare parts for Epic 5

Hallo to everybody! I happily own an Epic 5. Recently I noticed that some screws has became worned. In particular the black screws with hexagonal holes. I already wrote two mails through the Alembic websites but I received no response. Is it possible to order some replacement screws? I am from Italy. Is there an email where I can write specifying my details and the serial number of the bass?

Hi Shinzo,
If you could give me the size of the thread and the length I could get a few for you. Hex head screws are common over here at hardware stores. If you can't determine the size of the thread you can send me one of the screws and I'll match it on this end. I live a block from the post office and hardware store.
