My batteries are fine, my LED's work great, but on occasion, it seems the switch has a momentary reluctance to pass power on! There's nothing wrong with the action - firmly on and off, but about half the time I seem to have to jiggle it a bit to get the LED's to come on. Anyone else have any experience with this issue? Thanks in advance...

The switch sounds like it may need a little exercise, with the batteries out try and work the switch, say like, 30-50+ times... hope that this helps.

... the slightest bit of oxidation can do the strangest things...

I have the same problem with my black signature Europa.

Did you try using a SMALL amount of electrical contact cleaner spray - ?
If you do this, you will want to protect the area around the switch to prevent any overspray damage to the finish.
Also, don't use too much, or you'll attract dirt, etc. which is what you're trying to clean.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you all, but the switch now works perfectly!! For months I've had this issue, but now all seems well! Thanks again for your help - if it happens again, I'll know what to do!!

Kewl.
Glad it worked out.
The electrical contact cleaner spray doesn't cure everything, but it's the first thing I try before seeing a tech.
