Hi there, just curious if Mica is still in business; i ordered and paid for a switchcraft output jack a month ago( alembic#54), but won't get any goods/reply whatsoever, none at all. Is it common to wait for a month? Is my money gone? Thanks, grtz, Marc

Have you attempted to contact anyone at Alembic since your order? Being a small company it's possible they are waiting for the part. Although it has sometimes taken a few phone calls to reach someone when Ive had questions or needed something, they have always provided great service.

I mailed several times, i've got all the time they need, just answering my mail is all i ask.
Let''s wait a little while longer..

I'd suggest calling if possible. I've always had a more immediate response when that was the tactic I took. Sorry for your having to wait so long.

Hi Mica, thanks for your reply! I replied your first mail several times ,the #54 number, only the last time i wrote a new Helpmail, with another number to check whether my first mailings eventually ended up as spam?
Still no input jack, that's why i got a little nervous :-) Grtz, Marc
