Hello everyone,
 
Anyone knows if the sales department is available ?
 
I sent many mails to orders@alembic.com (http://mailto:orders@alembic.com) for a purchase, but I don't have any answers.

My personal experience has always been that a phone call is the best way to connect with the folks at Alembic. They have always been extremely helpful and I get faster service.
