Hello to all.I would like to ask you what I have to use to clean my fretboard. Alembic recommended lemon oil but I see some posts that lemon oil on ebony it's not a good idea. The guy that set up and service my alembic said that I have to use Dunlop 02 only.

All I use is pure lemon oil which is what Alembic recommends and wouldn't pay much attention to someone who doesn't build them. Do not confuse pure lemon oil with something like Formsby's Lemon Oil which is a petroleum based oil with waxes. You can find pure lemon oil, also called pure essential oil, at health food stores and other stores like that.

Lemon oil has worked pretty good for me. No stains, no goopyness, all wonder. I use the small D'Andrea plastic bottles with the felt dispenser tip.

I brought a non-Alembic guitar to a shop for a setup, never asked for a fretboard treatment, and they put on some stuff that must have been Fast Fret or something. Very tacky stuff, it left stains on my fingers for weeks. It certainly made a difference, as in less friction, but not in any good way.
 
Essential lemon oil, it's the only way!

Mumra, the ingredients on that page say Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon Peel) Oil, Limonene, Citral, Linalool, Geraniol. Sounds like a lot of additives, and you really want to have the pure stuff, no additives.

I'm not sure those are additives in mumra's link. As I look some of them up they appear to occur naturally in citrus and can be found in their oils. Could this be part of EU labeling laws requiring listing of all the oil components whether naturally occurring or not?

Keith, that's an excellent point. If they were following regulations, I would expect to see the dreaded E-numbers listed for each additive - so ironically they are probably not following regulations, just being verbose.
