Nice! Always great to play with a horn section. My band covered Mr. Brown's Santa Clause, Come Straight to the Ghetto with horns. Keep it coming bruddah!

Now that's cool. Nobody does that tune. I decided to do a lot of tunes with this band that are not over done. My favorite J.B's stuff comes from the Mothers nature albums. I've taken on a few of those. Some Santana, TOP, Marvin, etc.
I like doing covers. But originals are where it's at. Here are some hot off the press. Just finished them in time for my back to go out. Again. Thanks for all the good vibes, and positive feedback.  http://www.myspace.com/twootenmasstransit (http://www.myspace.com/twootenmasstransit)

What's the effect you're using at the beginning of Bounce?

Clean-tight!

Everything was perfect. I was Rock'n with it.

If you could do JB rhythm music, you can do anything Afrobeat.

A classic. Late 60's Maestro phase shifter. Here is a the best pic I could find. It only has 3 settings, but the settings are sweet. Black, boxy, and cool retro colored x-large switches. I've replaced quite a few parts with a broken one I got a couple yrs ago. Reminds me of a 62 Int. Scout I once had. The guy I bought it from said it came with a parts truck. He wasn't kidding, I towed the parts truck home with the Scout.
I saw another one in Eugene, last yr. at McKenzie River Guitar for 500.00. No Haggle. I paid 20 in 93-94 for the one that worked. Go Figure.(http://club.alembic.com/Images/394/70496.jpg)

I have one of those Maestro PS-1's.
Page must of used one on the  fast setting for No Quarter. I noticed John Cipollona used one with one of his rigs. It's great how the speed ramps to meet the new setting instead of changing speed instantly.
