Thanks to the effort of Susan and Mica yesterday my Spyder dropped in - best instrument I ever had in my hands!  
The people at Alembic are so great - a lifetime dream did become true! THANKS!!!

Congrats on gettin' yerself caught in the web.
 
I owned Spyder 44/50 for awhile and agree - amazing instruments. Nothing else sounds quite like a Spyder.

We were so happy to hear the bass arrived on time, Martin! Actually, the effort was largely Bob, James, and Mary. Bob came in on the weekend to spray, James stayed late to get the setup done, and Mary got the shipping organized and packed so that it could get to you safely.

...and I'm so happy that it worked ... can't get my hands off that baby now, some kind of addiction took place :-)

Fun video! Great basses and playing, Martin. But as Bruce Dickinson (Chrisopther Walkin) previously stated to Gene Frenkle (Will Farrell)...it could use a little more cow bell. Thanks folks...yeah, had exacly that cowbell-thing in my mind when recording this little video ;-) I really could have added more cowbell I guess... LOL ...
