Title: Hard Shell Case for my 6-string Essence

Where can I find an after market case that will fit my bass? At present, I am using a Gator Deluxe hard case but the neck is too wide for the curve seat and the latches don't close nicely. Original Alembic case for this will set me back over $300. I'd like to find a cheaper alternative. Please help and advise. Thanks

There have been some threads in the past that talked about after market cases.  Run a search on cases; you should be able to find some recommendations.

Considering that the cost of a 6 string Essence starts at $6600, $300 for a case doesn't seem that high.

I agree with Rami. Thats less than 5% for a life long insurance policy so to speak.
