I am a HUUUUUGE fan of SIT's all (huhuhuhu ....well ...all is not THAT much) my basses have them.
A set of SIT Silencers (groundwounds) for 5 string are waiting for Bonnie when she will be back!
And ...they STAND in tune!
The roundwounds are agressive in sound but that can be very suitable given kind of music and guitar you play!

Hi Olie

yes groudwounds is exactly that. They call it silencers.
Here in Belgium I get them at www.lordofthestrings.com (http://www.lordofthestrings.com)
A set silencers for Bonnie will cost me 39,90 Euro's (inclusive shipping)
Standard roundwounds sell for 29 or something Euro's (incl shipping).

The 5 string Silencers from www.juststrings.com (http://www.juststrings.com) are $24.46.  I have two of my basses including my Epic strung with SIT nickels and my Guild has the flats.  I'm not a SIT die hard but wanted to try them.  They are working out well.

Hi Sam!
yes ...that seems to be right!
Given the fact that the Webstore I mentioned is in Holland!
$24,46 makes about 20?.
So on top of the 20? you have to add an extra for the transport (what will deminish as you order by the dozen but hey ...I am not THAT using), 21% VAT tax and 7% Import tax. That makes more or less 19?!
It's expensive ovehee!

Brother Paul, a dozen sets of strings would last me until 2010.  I wonder what their shelf life is?  That VAT will eat you alive.
