Mica and Bill announce the arrival of their son, Erik Stephen Wickersham Thomas. Here's the details from his file:

scale length: 22.25 inches
hair: brunette, and lots of it
birthday: July 8, 2007

Mica is still recovering, and expects to be back at work around July 25, at least part time.
