Title: Custom Quote Generator Bugs

So far we know that the Rogue body shape disappears in the right hand column when you update a quote.
 
I'm also aware that a 5A Quilted Maple back seems free on a Series I/II, but of course it really isn't.
 
We also need to get quotes available for the Epic and Orion basses, as well as all the guitars.  
 
I'll be dedicating some time to the quote generators this weekend. I'd be pleased to learn of anything else you have noticed that seems funky.

Dannobasso reported the 5-string Excel price is wrong, very wrong, 7200 instead of 4200. At least that one I think is just a typo.

I just noticed the Excel quote adds a bridgeblock on all string counts.
