ESSENSE looks like coco bolo but I could be wrong.

pinstripe: Maple
body: Mahogany
neck: 5 Maple with 4 Walnut pinstripes
fingerboard: Ebony with bronze side dots
hardware: polished brass
pickups: MXY56
controls: volume, pan, filter
originally built for: Manny's Music
birthday: July 11, 2005 (happy birthday!)
 
No previous registered owners, no repair history, first we've heard since 2000.
 
Need to see some pics of the Vermilion in Coco Bolo clothing.

Not a night and day difference in color. Very different from the walnuts, koas and maples that I have. Funny thing, the guy who sold it to the store picked up a Pedulla and left the Alembic.  
Different strokes........
