not directly alembic related, so sue me.  grew up in the 60's and 70's.  this guy walked the walk and talked the talk.  kinda ironic he dies on the 66th anneversary of the US getting into vietnam.  this one hurts a little...

Just saw that.  Yet another massive loss.
I consider both & his buddy Barry "The Fish" Melton to be criminally underrated.
