Title: Axial Tilt 2025 Great American Music Hall, SF-August 3
Post by: StephenR on May 09, 2025, 02:03:34 PM
It has been almost 3 years since the first Bay Area Axial Tilt shows which were held at SOMO Village in Rohnert Park. Subsequent attempts for another one did not come together due to various musician’s touring schedules but this year we have a go. I am excited to return to the GAMH, the last time I played there was for one of the last Merl Saunder’s annual birthday shows in 2003… miss you Merl!

Couple of updates… after the DeadCo Golden Gate Park shows were announced for the same weekend we had to change the start time of Axial Tilt. Still playing three sets, the acoustic set will now start at 9 PM and the show will end around 2 AM. Betty Cantor Jackson will be recording. We are working on a possible video stream and it that happens Betty’s mix will be used for the audio.
