Title: The 36" Europa Rises Again......As A Signature Deluxe?

It has been a few years, but this Europa with some custom options and 36" scale has resurfaced.  I think it sold for $5K last time. Now it is being described wrong and has tripled in price.  https://reverb.com/item/87851254-2007-alembic-custom-signature-deluxe-5-string-bass

I saw that one this morning and smiled. I've kinda' quit bothering to message anybody on some of these things. The responses are everything from crickets to rude... and I just don't care because I'm not interested. If someone comes here, that's different.


IIRC, that bass was very slow to move last time because of its various attributes. Best of luck to them. I think it's a beautiful thing.

Seller is a responsible guy and did not want to misrepresent, so he pulled the listing and plans to correct things.

I thought I'd NEVER find a bass for Clyde the Orangutan.  What a relief !
