$14k USD.  such a deal.  can't tell if it has neck LEDs, i think the knob count indicates it.  if i wasn't having the water heater replaced next week this could become my working girl and i could leave the museum piece at home.  hafta sell the MKD tho, don't think i wanna do that.  kinda shows ya how the market for used instruments is these days.  not sure i'd be wanting to unload anything just now.  might hafta take a haircut.

thanks for the cross listing!

it does not have LEDs.

i'm considering cash offers now as well as some trade+cash offers.  :)

well if ya wants a bare bones SII (what a concept) this should fill the bill for ya, i was thinking about making it the gigging counterpart to the ebony amazon but im not sure it would work out.  since i've been taking it to band rehearsal it makes the mighty MKDeluxe pale by comparison sound-wise.  but i think the things this bass lacks that contribute to the ebony amazon's massive sound, especially the ebony neck lams, massive tailpiece and lack of neck LEDs might make me regret that decision.  it is about 2 1/2 pounds lighter than the ebony amazon, which is a huge plus.  once this band starts gigging, i dunno about dragging a museum piece around the underbelly of the denver music scene.  plus then i'd have another high $ bass riding the bench.  i dunno.  interesting trades he's looking for.  too bad one of them's not a buckeye burl MKD.
<ed8t> almost forgot - good luck to all!
