I discovered Alembic basses through Metallica's live performances from 1989ish-1996 and I've just been blown away with how good the Alembic Spoiler, or just any Alembic bass that Jason had sounds. I absolutely love the looks and sound of Jason's Alembics and many other Alembic basses, and I've only recently started to practice bass again.
I looked through the Alembic Spoiler options and here is spec list that I have come up with for 2 versions of a Spoiler:
Version 1:
Name: CF (CF being my initials, My signature bass, or preferred specs)
Construction:
Right Hand
Medium 32" scale
Spoiler body
Cone Head (the old 80s style)
Gold Tuning Pegs, Gold Bridge
Inlays:
Pearloid Oval Inlays (or maybe some Gibson LP styled inlays)
Electronics:
Spoiler Electronics
Woods and finishes:
Bubinga
Clear gloss polyester finish
Version 2:
Name: The Jason Newstead Special
Construction:
Right Hand
Medium 32" scale
Spoiler body
Cone Head (the old 80s style)
Gold Tuning Pegs, Gold Bridge
Inlays:
Pearloid Oval Inlays (or maybe some Gibson LP styled inlays)
Electronics:
Series II Spoiler Electronics (similar to Jason Newstead's series II spoiler seen here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r2Rsi9eiSQY&t=332s))
Woods and finishes:
Transparent Black
Clear gloss polyester finish
Maybe someday when I get the money and opportunity to order an Alembic Bass it might just be one of these two. Let me know what you guys think! ;D

Welcome to the Alembic Club.
Have a look at this one made by one of our members FC Bass. He had two Jason Newstead style alembics made in recent years. With Europa and Spoiler bodies.

Ah yeah, those look bloody unreal. I can feel his pain in having to let go of his beloved Spoiler :-\ , but nonetheless he had a killer spec!

You should order both! I have found that Alembic electronics all sound amazing. Each package is different, never inferior/superior.

I would man, but I cant afford it atm :( I will hopefully someday own both.

New Variation idea number 3:
Version 3:
Name: Snow White
Construction:
Right Hand
Medium 32" scale
Spoiler body
Cone Head (the old 80s style)
White hardware (white knobs, white tuning pegs, white fretboard, white strings, white bridge)
Inlays:
Black Oval Inlays
Electronics:
Series II Spoiler Electronics (like variation 2 but with white pickups)
Woods and finishes:
Glossy White
Clear gloss polyester finish
complete opposite to the ‘Stealth Bass’ :D , let me know of what you think of this one, I think it’s pretty unique! :)
