Title: Low Profile Alembic knobs?

My short scale SII could do with a low profile master volume knob as it gets in the way for slapping.

Post by: mica on October 04, 2024, 06:34:50 PM: So the standard collet knobs are 14.5mm diameter with a 17mm height (excluding the skirt and the cap). There is 10mm diameter with a 14mm height, and a 9mm diameter with a 12mm height available. Do either of those alternatives seem appealing to you?

It's hard to tell. Could I order both of those smaller sized knobs and also round "C" style pickup selector please.

Post by: mica on October 07, 2024, 04:09:08 PM: Actually I looked at those shorter options more closely, and they only go up to a 1/8" shaft, so sadly they won't work for the master volume control. Sorry. Back to the drawing board... Maybe something from THG knobs?
