After agreeing on a price, this person gave me many excuses for not sending it over many months before I gave up on him following through.

Hey Doug, next time you're down the I-81 corridor, ping me. I'm retired now, at least from the regular job,  so I'm free for a meet-up. We'll get a cup of coffee and I'll bring you my spare DS-5 unit. The bass it goes with is still in California, plus I have a rackmount unit here if I need it.
