Title: Message for Mica or someone dealing with orders

Hi Mica and team, it's Pete here from UK, placed and paid for an order including shipping on 9th May, last time I heard from you was 23rd May, when you said the box was ready and you'd add the strap locks for me, I still haven't received it. I've emailed many times, called once and left a voicemail but have had no response since .  There must be a problem as I can't imagine you wouldn't ship the parts to me. The order number is 46376 and my bass serial number is 98K12216, a Heart Omega Stinger with Europa electronics.
Please can someone help me out?

Hi Pete; just wanted to say that I will try to relay your message.  As you know, Alembic is a small company with a small staff, but, as happens with small businesses, I will add that recent events unrelated to the business have required the attention of much of the office staff.  It is my guess that this is the cause of the delay in shipping, and that once everyone can focus full time on the business, such delays will be addressed.  Again, I'll try to relay your message, and hopefully the package will be shipped soon.

Aah thank you David. Yes I understand about small business. It's only a small order of parts and a t-shirt, but I need the RF circuit board to finish the refurb of my bass.  Would appreciate it if someone is able to update me. Hoping the external factors are not too serious and everyone is ok, god willing.
