Are we allowed to comment on pricing? I am going to anyway. I got the Alembic F-2B at Ishibashi in Shibuya less than a year ago for around 80,000 yen which at the time came just a little over 600 US. The Koch goes for less. What is costing the extra 2,370,000 yen? The transformer and case?

the price is inflated by the hype and bullpuckey.  it's extra-deep on this version.  put yer wallet away and get out yer shovel and hip-waders.
