1971 Guild Starfire II Bass
All original
Very good condition
Short Scale 30.75”
Structurally sound, no issues, and electronics work properly as they should
Plays beautifully, sounds fantastic!
Laminated Flamed Maple body
Walnut finish
Rosewood fretboard
A few dings as expected with its age, please see photos
Original owner bolted tailpice through the body, which was restored professionally by the second owner, very solid, no issues

I've been thinking about it for awhile... can't decide if this color reminds me of root beer, or chocolate. 😊
All kidding aside, as much as the earlier Hagstrom bisonics are talked about in Guild conversations, I think these Westerly humbuckers have plenty of tonal merit. I had a set in a DeArmond Starfire II, still do actually... finally remembered who I loaned it out to! 😄
Nice bass, and not really common to see one with figured wood either.

Nice bass and the figured maple looks great. Wish this had been up before I started a build as I have been l looking for a nice starfire for a number of years. Good luck with sale.
