Just read the article.  I can't recall if I've heard Trey's band; but sounds like I should find something to hear Casey's playing.

I watched video of James playing  a show with Phil Lesh, he had a beautiful, soulful singing voice and was a great horn player, by all indications quite a nice guy, too. Really tragic for anyone to die so young.

I've seen him many times over the years. James was such a capable and tasteful player, and he had a beautiful voice as well. The TAB horn section was such a huge part of the band. I'm going to miss his presence.
