were i younger and my body in better shape i might just snap this little beauty up. lately my bass funds have been going doctors, dentists and pot dispensaries as i spiral down the long slow decline into decrepit old age, so i'm gonna hafta pass. doesn't look like the seller wants to dicker, dunno if that works in his favor or not. considering the bass, maybe it does. had me going for a minute, though. guess my trigger finger still works. howsomever, i'm not interested in taking his temperature so someone else is gonna hafta take the lead.
best luck to all

The Dragon Wing has to the rarest Alembic around. Not too heavy, easier to play than a Spyder. Certainly unique...and polarizing.
What do you guys think on the price for this one?
-
Hmmm. Well, to be fair... 'go find another one' comes into play on a DW. If you really like the idea of that particular pattern, and Signature electronics, then you'll probably be waiting for a long time for another one. And it does look like as-advertised mint condition. It's a pretty big price tag for a secondhand bass, but then, that's a pretty unusual bass.

now that's a recommendation. i really thought about this one for a minute, that almost pushed me over the edge. but i'm not gonna, probably.

well to paraphrase waht some stoner said at the end of a long contentious thread in another subject thread - it's only worth what someone's willing to pay for it.
in this case, were i in a buying mood, pretty sure i'd just've gone ahead and done hte deal. guy don't wanna dicker. i gotta have it. kinda makes it easy. next!

Well,
the Dragon Wing is cool and really rare.
I had my former one custom made named „Tears
for John“. It had a bigger front horn, a dummy hum
canceller, a birdseye top and back and a master volume
on the lower horn.
Well unfortunately also long gone but it really was
a great bass!

I think the price is pretty good on this. I don't think I'll ever have that much wrapped up in one bass, but I believe there's a buyer out there for this one.
