Very cool. If this is you, I love your older videos explaining what Alembic electronics do. Very informative and easy to understand.

This is not me, the guy in the video is samatza. He has some really good videos with alembic basses.

What is the device he uses to view the pickups with in order to see what the magnetic field looks like?

Magnetic field viewing film.  You can get a piece on Amazon for under $20.  Very cool stuff!
