Just got back from yet another doctor; the news this time?  Osteoarthritis in both hands.  I am not much liking the world right now......

I hear ya' man... every morning I crawl out of bed at 4 in the morning and start dealin'... by about 7:30 in the evening (on a good day) I can't take it anymore. It's like this little troll riding piggy-back starts chopping me between the shoulder blades with a hatchet.  #tylenolinmylunchbox

well not to sound like a snake oil salesmen but my jacked-up worn out hands love a rubdown with voltarian cbd with thc and a little heel genius firsts ting in hte mroning dontcha knw 🤯

My friend has all but eliminated his arthritis in both hands as well as sciatica with Ozone injection therapy. He is a drummer and bassist who performs and tours. I go to the same Doc for Ozone infusion therapy. It is worth looking into and researching to see if you can benefit.

+1 on rubbing on some CBD tincture.   It’s an excellent anti-inflammatory.
