Title: [SOLD] DS-5 (240v) for sale - Working condition AU

I bought this in September 2020 on Reverb and had it shipped to Australia. I was dreaming of getting a Series I (I sold my Series I long scale in the 90's and have never quite recovered). Anyway, it's not to be and it's just sitting in a box. As you can see from the photos it's pretty scruffy, but apparently it is in working condition, although I have never used it to find out.

I'd like to get back what it cost me which was $376 AUD which is about $266 USD or £216 GBP.

If it can be set up to work on 110/120V I would be interested. Does anyone know if there is a simple way to do this conversion?

Thomas, it can be done, and it is simple... if you're not a Wire Dunce like me. Alembic even tells us how-to...

Thomasio... if you sent a message through the club message link and it wasn't received you could try emailing antipodean by clicking on the envelope below his username. It will go out securely through the club server and the senders address is not revealed unless there is a back and forth exchange. The message system is a fairly new addition to the club and, IIRC, it was unknown at the time how well it would work. Hope you can connect, this is a good opportunity for you.
