Does anyone know a good set up/repair person for these bases on Long Island New York?

If you just need to adjust the playability, you really should learn to do that yourself, using the most excellent guide that is Joey's Post on Setting Up Your Bass (https://club.alembic.com/index.php?topic=311.0).
