I would love to hear what you can find out about the above serial number. Esp. since it does not match your list of serial numbers since V should be a Persuader, which was not made after 1991. Alternatively, the serial number is 90V - it is hard to tell.
I bought it used in Denmark in 2010, without any detailed information. The truss rod plate is missing. So I am using what is stamped in the electronics cavity. I have attached a picture - you can see how hard it is to tell the first digit.
For additional information, I have attached a few other pictures of key parts of the body. I truly hope you can help.
Thx in advance.

Not to worry, the 5854 number sounds right for 1990, I think they got to the 10K mark by 2000 (the number simply rolls over, regardless of model or year). You could still custom order a Vector if you feel so enclined.

Great to hear that it must be 90V then.
I am somewhat new to this. I understand V means Persuader. But I see that there are Persuaders with different bodies. Would this then be a Vector body Persuader?

From what you can find on the Persuader Showcase, the ones with an F or a V in the serial number tend to have the Vector body style, those with a P have the Spoiler body style. As you can order pretty much any combination of features you like (with a few exceptions) we sometimes get to play a little game of Name That Alembic!
