pretty sure it wasn't in the lower 48 but whatever pitiful crumbs of knowledge i picked up my geography classes have long since gone by the wayside. so i'm gonna guess that getting it to states could be interesting. real interesting. and ezpensive.

Yeah, this one is familiar. I seem to recall us discussing the bass one-zee... and the sometimes seen dark stripe through the headstock. I know of two other Alembics with a slice of that wood veneer.
