According to the serial number lookup on that bass, it is a long scale. I was surprised too, as I had inquired about it a while back.

I was trying to buy that when it was offered for trade here a few months ago. But as Greg said - serial lookup shows this as a 34'' long scale. It's got a "C" for "custom" serial number, but appears to be basically an Epic with a Spoiler-shaped body.
