I call her my "midlife crisis bass" and I acquired her in late 2015. I think I'm the second owner, not counting the dealer who sold her to me, but would love to know more.

Yes it is! And it looks like someone stepped on the cord and cracked that pretty top. The big brass washer is a good way to fix that.
