Does anyone know how I can obtain the status of an unsent paid order from over a month ago, but not received? I have emailed, called, etc. and the status is still unknown.

I think it was a good idea to post something here. Maybe someone from the shop will read it and respond. I can't offer more to answer your question.

From what I understand, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm pacific time is the best time to try to call.

Hey David,
Just curious to know what you've ordered? Are you waiting for some new electronics for your SC signature? Any custom work takes some serious patients. Hopefully whatever you are waiting for has not stopped you from playing that bass!
You have to remember that Alembic is literally a family run operation with a handful of employees. And only one Master Wizard electronics designer and builder (that's Ron). They'll take care of you, and it will be worth the wait!

Thanks for the responses,
Hey JimmyJ,
The items were ordered and paid on 8/8/22
1 Series I/II 1/4 inch output jack for my 1983 Series1.
1 Ball driver for bridges
1 Nut driver
1 Nut driver for knobs
I believe they'll take of me, the items are in stock, according to the website.
I also lost one of the pickup screws for my Stanley ( I have no idea what happened. But I didn't order the screw as I didn't notice it at the time.)

I called several times at many different days within the business hours, and left several messages.
Hopefully someone sees this and responds.

We had a miscommunication here about how we supply this part. Normally I just include the loose resistors when they are added to an order, but I guess we presoldered them on your jack, but that initiates a test function. So it had to go through that after you spoke with Mary last week. I called dad and he is putting that part on her desk tonight with his blessing, and it should leave our facility tomorrow. Hope this helps!

Thank you so much Mica, much appreciated. Hoping all is well with you and family. I just love this forum. Thanks everyone for your input.
