Has anyone tried one of these?  If so, what do you think?

My son's got one and loves it, and so has every engineer on the sessions he's used it for.

You may also want to check out the Useful Arts BFS-Pro. When I was in Monterey John Prock told me about it and said it is a fantastic piece of gear. Stanley Clarke and Victor Wooten both have one.
