Hi, this bass is for sell in Switzerland, it is black, looks like a Spoiler. It has a 3 pickups configuration J P J, which I did not see anywere else on the web. I appreciate any information. Thank you, George

George are you the seller or looking to buy this bass?
Getting build information can take some time. I see two knobs and 1 switch. Are there any other switches? Is the one switch a two or three position switch?

It looks like a Jason Newsted (Metallica) setup, you'll find pictures of him with a Spoiler with the JPJ pickups. This appears to be a Persuader. Without detailed pictures of the pickup cavities and electronics cavity, it's difficult to say if this was done at the factory. The knobs are not original, and they don't appear to be in their stock positions.

Hi Paul, I am thinking to buy it. At this moment this is all the information I have as I did not touch the bass yet. I do not have experience with Alembic basses, I am trying to understand if it is a genuine Alembic. I have tried only one Essence...and I am hooked :)
Regards,
George

Hi Adriaan,

I missed that boat :(
Maybe it will resurface at one point.
