Looking for tuners to match those on an '83 spoiler, pictured. Previous owner has unmatched tuner on the E. The newer M4 don't have the same stalk pattern. Any help is appreciated!

If you want to match the original set screw style what you're looking for is the "Schaller M4 180" which has the set screw heading off to the left or right like your originals. Be aware that your D- and A-string tuners have been modified to (kind of) share one set screw. However it was not a successful mod because you can see that your A-string tuner has twisted into the D-string tuner which might be all that's keeping it from spinning...
Anyway, if I were you and you want to stick with Schaller (I do) then consider getting a full set of "M4 90, 2/2" which has the newer "straight-down" setscrew location. That would give you a matching set and maybe a more solid mounting option. Not cheep though!
You can check Ebay, or, a quick search found me this place (for a set of 180s) though I nothing about the store:

Somebody else may need to chime in here to say whether the old Shallers and the new Shallers have the same size hole? I remember reading something about that but I can't remember. That could slightly complicate your plan DrCHILL.

Yes, the newer Schaller's require a slightly bigger peg hole.
-
I bought a set of those schaller tuners for my bass a few months ago, and yes they do require a larger hole for fitting.
-
Thanks. I'm hoping to match the originals with the 2 bands cut into the stem. Looks like I'll have to just watch ebay or Reverb until they turn up.

Not sure what you mean by "the 2 bands cut into the stem". But here's a set:

I've got this one lurking in my parts box. $25 plus shipping and it's yours.

Hey Kent.
The one your posted a pic of is older than 80's. If no one else claims it, I will take it!

Makes sense--I'm pretty sure it came off of a Hohner semi-hollow fretless. I've also got one for the other side of the headstock, but it's got a bent shaft. I'll throw it in if anyone wants it for spare parts.
-
That's not the set screw position that the OP is looking for (off to the side instead of straight down) but it's nice of you to chime in and offer it up. Maybe Michael's the lucky customer.

D'oh! Knew mine were oldies, just assumed they were "the ones", didn't bother to do anything crazy like look closely at the OP's pics. OK, Mr. D, they're yours if you want them!

So close!

Thanks Kent. I have been looking for a complete set, but this is a good start.
