Hello,
did someone knows what model is it?

it's not a Skylark (the lower body look like a round Les Paul) but horns are wider than Skylark but not as large as California Special.

My guess is that if it came out of the Alembic factory, (which is very questionable), it is a shopnight guitar made by an Alembic employee.  (I believe Alembic employees are allowed to build one instrument each year on the side).   These aren’t supposed to have logos, though.   IMHO it is about 80-90% overpriced.    One can always dream.

That item has been discussed a couple times here... official consensus is it is not a genuine article.

I think Bill is probably right. I think it's a very modified guitar that already existed in some form.

The body looks like a variax guitar body with a top laminate.
