Hi fellow Alembic owners, I am the seller of this bass on Reverb. I am the original owner, and I hate to part with this; but as my arthritis get's worse, so does my playing; so I'm not sure how many performing days I have left in me.
Talk to me, if you want to buy this instrument. I'd just as soon sell the bass to a Club member.

I am the original owner, and I hate to part with this; but as my arthritis get's worse, so does my playing; so I'm not sure how many performing days I have left in me.
it hurts my brain to read this. being 66 myself and having driven a computer keyboard all of my adult life has taken its toll and so i'm probably not too far behind you. not to mention the two hand surgeries to repair the damage i've done to my wrists and forearms from 48 years of playing bass.
beautiful bass, good luck with your sale. as i mentioned in another mark king bass thread, i own a 2018 MK deluxe and it's probably the most comfortable bass that i've ever played. if i ever have to winnow the collection, this one will be the last one to go.
i've found that CBD oil offers a degree of relief, if that's an option you may want to try it. i've also found that liberal doses of THC also offer a modicum of relief to mind, body and soul. now that i don't have to answer to anybody about my substance use, i'm smoking more pot than i did as a teenager. sheesh, what a stoner i've turned into. colorado high-potency legal weed isn't helping the situation. i'm probably keeping the employees of two nearby dispensaries off of the dole.

LOL, I hear you. Yes, I have a FL MMJ card, and you're right about CBD + THC helping! I'm actually using it to wean myself off of Percocet.

Here in FL Trulieve sells a THC balm. I just apply that with a drop or two of CBD oil mixed in. If you have access to THC and CBD tinctures or oils from a dispensary, you can just add as many drops as you want to whatever moisturizer you like, and the effects may even be greater than store bought products
