Every now and then one of those things goes running across the lawn near where I work, really freaks out the tourists :)

Let me second Bill's take on it.

And, tell you my one engineer joke:

Some engineers are discussing the nature of God.

The first one says "Look at the levers & joints of the skeletal system; I think God is a mechanical engineer."

The second says "But if you consider the way the brain sends impulses trough the nervous system, isn't it probable that God's an electrical engineer?"

The third chimes in with "But what about the way the heart pumps blood trough the vascular system; it's pretty clear to me that God's a hydraulic engineer."

The fourth one ends the argument with "You're all wrong; God is obviously a civil engineer.  Who else would run a waste-water system through a recreational area?"

See... the whole time I was watching, I was thinking about the flatfoot competition at the Fiddlers Convention. Them 'Droids would totally freak the judges out.
