While we await Mica looking up the build card here is what it appears to be to me. The "W' in the serial number specifies that it is an Epic model. The controls look to be the standard ones for that model and their description can be found here: https://club.alembic.com/index.php?topic=235.0 (https://club.alembic.com/index.php?topic=235.0) . The photo is a little fuzzy but the top wood appears to be walnut with a maple veneer and mahogany body. The neck wood is maple.

Dhammika,
Please exercise patience with your request. It may be a month or more before the ‘build record’ of your bass can be accessed and the information posted here. If you search the Serial Number / History Requests forum you will recognize that it is normal to need patience.
Paul (who waited 2.5 months prior to having my request answered)
