Title: (X) 96W9830 Epic 5 Fretless request

I've owned this bass since the late 90's, and would love to know more about it.  Thanks in advance for any details!! Just joined the forum yesterday for some advice setting up a fretless neck, nut, and bridge, and found this lookup thread. A very nice service.. thank you.

Here's the information I found in the instrument file:

top: Flame Walnut
accent: Maple pinstripe
body: Mahogany
neck: 5-piece Maple
scale: 34" long
fingerboard: Ebony fretless
finish: Satin Natural Polyurethane (oil-look)
originally made for: Guitar Center Hollywood, CA
birthday: April 10, 1996
