Title: At a Public Event - First Time in Over a Year
Post by: lbpesq on April 20, 2021, 06:06:02 PM: I’m sitting in the second deck at Oakland Coliseum in between games at the Oakland A’s Minnesota Twins doubleheader. This is the first time I’ve been out to a public event in over a year. I’ve had both my shots, over two weeks ago, am wearing a mask, and our seats are socially distanced from everyone else. Feels good, but also a little strange. The stadium is almost empty, I wouldn’t be surprised if the attendance is in the hundreds instead of the thousands. But it’s a live baseball game! Wahoo! I wonder what “normal” will look like once we get there?
