Here's the details I found in the instrument file on this bass:

fingerboard: Ebony
inlays: Pearloid (plastic) ovals
pickups: AXY
controls: "Spoiler" volume, filter, 2-position Q-switch, 4-position rotary pickup selector switch, mono output
originally made for: Musik Workshop, NY
birthday: September 30, 1983

We tested the electronics and replaced the IC in 2010. It also looks like we prepared a Replacement Value Statement for another name about a month ago. Have you since sold this bass?
