Here's what I found in the file:

serial number: 84D3388
model name: Distillate
model number: DMB4
top: Vermilion
accent: none recorded
body: Mahogany
neck: Maple and Purpleheart
scale: 32" medium
fingerboard: Ebony
inlays: Pearloid (plastic) ovals
pickups: AXY
controls: It says Spoiler, but if you have 3 switches it's Distillate electronics
originally made for: Quigley Music, MO
birthday: November 9, 1984

Original owner was in Missouri, second registered owner was in Kansas.
