As 1000 of my Tarheel relatives either feel strangely betrayed, or spin in their graves, Michael is right. Barbecue, coleslaw, and whatnot, Mods please feel free to delete my caffeine-deficient misplaced post.


Or shoot... just have fun with it. Keep it clean... Mod-Dave doesn't do the cue, but makes a delicious broccoli salad. It's become a staple for me, in some variation.  :)

Lately I’ve been cooking up chocolate mousse, pesto lasagna roll-ups, and infused gummies.  All homemade with peace & love!

Smoked brisket.  There may be something better than that, but at the moment, I'm hard-pressed to imagine what that might be.  Plus, my smoker doesn't care WHAT the temp is out on the deck.  After more than a little trial and error(s), I figured out how to do it, and now . . . . . my life is complete !

Jell-O, black cherry, lemon, or lime, topped with Cool-Whip, topped with Graham Cracker Crumbs. Chilled almost to the point of frozed.  ;D
